--记自学成才的中医蔡昌晋

Chinese and Western combination help the world to save people - -Remember CAI Changjin, a self-taught traditional Chinese medicine doctor

有读者来信来访，要求表扬自学成才的医生蔡昌晋。记者在他行医的府青路二段4号成都第一中西医院门诊部访问了他。

Readers came to letters to praise the self-taught doctor Cai Changjin. The reporter visited him in the outpatient department of Chengdu First Chinese and Western Hospital, No.4, where he practiced medicine.

他的治疗方法有些特别，主要用穴位注射，辅以针灸、按摩和服中药。它是根据经络学术和药物治疗原理发展起来的，是中西医结合的产物。记者访问了50多位他治愈的肝炎、胃病、气管炎、偏瘫、坐神经痛等诸般疾病的患者，不少人至今已五六年乃至十几年，情况一直良好。记者上月22日收到河南平顶山煤矿桂开文同志来信，她患“玻璃血管”病,血管经常裂，皮下经常出现血肿，很是衰弱，经许多地方医治无效。1986年经蔡昌晋医治后,情况稳定，现在身体已比过去好多了。

His treatment method is somewhat special, mainly with acupoint injection, supplemented by acupuncture, massage and traditional Chinese medicine. It is developed according to the principles of meridian scholarship and drug therapy, and it is the product of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The reporter visited more than 50 patients with hepatitis, stomach disease, tracheitis, hemiplegia, sciatica and other diseases, many of them have been five or six years or even more than ten years, and the situation has been good. The reporter received a letter from GUI Kaiwen, Henan Province, she suffered from "glass vascular" disease, blood vessels often crack, subcutaneous hematoma often appear, is very weak, after many places of treatment invalid. After treatment by CAI Changjin in 1986, the condition was stable, and now his body is much better than in the past.

病家更称赞蔡昌晋的医德，家住本市下西顺城街43号的董进基,1974年患神经脊髓炎后，下肢麻木，直不起腰，行走困难。1976年求医上门。他见其行动不便，便主动用业余时间义务送医上门，坚持了3年。

The patient praised Cai Changjin's medical ethics. Dong Jinji, who lives at No.43 City Street, Xixi in the city, suffered from neuromyelitis in 1974, had numbness in his lower limbs, and had difficulty walking. In 1976, he sought medical treatment. He saw its action inconvenience, then took the initiative to use spare time to send the doctor to the door, insisted for 3 years.

后来董进基到广汉上班了，星期日才能回家，为了巩固治疗效果,他又在星期日送医上门，坚持了1年多。

圣灯乡八里庄村62岁的农民苏勋贵，1984年突然中风瘫痪，神志不清，大小便失禁，他连续送医上门40多天，还为之洗擦屎尿，使其很快恢复了健康，至今还能劳动。

16岁的姑娘魏立，患小儿麻痹后遗症，不能行走。她父母在西藏工作，慕名特从湖南将女儿接来成都。他们在成都又无亲友。尽管她岳母家4口挤在一间屋子里，他仍说服岳母，让小魏住在她家，照顾她1年之多。经过治疗，小魏恢复了自由行走的能力，后来参加了工作。

去年7月，成都刃具厂退休工人的老伴聂洵璠突然半身不遂,他天天上门送医，现已康复，因其经济困难，不仅未收出诊费、治疗费，连药费也免了大半。

蔡昌晋初中华业后就进成都供电局当了外线工。当时全国都在学雷锋，他便自告奋勇当了班组的义务卫生员。后来他学会了针灸、按摩，也萌生了当一名中医的念头。以后他便坚持业余自学，义务为人治病。1971年夏天，他在江油重华镇施工，住在海灯法师住处附近，收工后便去向法师请教推拿按摩之术，学了1个多月。前些年，他又读针灸函授,上中医自修大学,拿到了大专文凭，终于取得了正式的行医证。
