Dear Compatriots and Friends around the World,

值此2026农历马年新春来临之际，我谨代表海外华人文联，向全世界海内外中华儿女，致以最诚挚的新春问候与美好祝福。

As the 2026 Lunar New Year of the Horse arrives, I would like to extend my warmest New Year greetings and best wishes to all Chinese compatriots at home and abroad, on behalf of the Overseas Chinese Literature and Art Federation.

在这辞旧迎新、万家团圆的美好时刻，我向大家拜年！衷心祝愿各位马年吉祥、阖家安康、万事顺遂、艺脉长青。

On this joyful occasion of bidding farewell to the old year and welcoming the new, I send my sincere regards to all of you. I wish you good fortune in the Year of the Horse, a happy and healthy family, success in all endeavors, and the everlasting prosperity of Chinese art and culture.

多年来，我始终以艺术为桥梁，致力于传播中华优秀传统文化，传递和平理念，以文化纽带连接四海华人，以艺术交流促进中外文明互鉴。

Over the years, I have always taken art as a bridge to promote excellent traditional Chinese culture and convey the ideal of peace. I have connected Chinese communities worldwide with cultural bonds and enhanced mutual understanding between China and the world through art.

新春之际，我衷心祈愿：四海同心，血脉相连；家国兴旺，国泰民安。愿全球华人华侨同心同德、守望相助，在世界各地传承中华文化，绽放民族光彩。

On this New Year festival, I sincerely pray that all Chinese unite as one with shared roots and blood, and that our homeland thrive in peace and prosperity. May overseas Chinese around the globe stand together, inherit Chinese culture, and shine with the glory of our nation.

2026马年是奋进之年、希望之年。让我们策马扬鞭、携手同行，以文化为根，以艺术为媒，共护家国情怀，共促世界和平，共迎更加辉煌灿烂的未来！

The 2026 Year of the Horse is a year of courage, progress and hope. Let us move forward together, rooted in our culture and connected by art, to cherish our homeland, promote world peace, and embrace an even brighter future.
